VIN_RAW -> F1 -> Q1 reverse polarity -> VIN_PROT.
VIN_PROT feeds the PA output through RSH1 and independently feeds U1/U2.
U1 creates 8V_RF. U2 creates 5V_DIG. U3 creates 3V3_CTRL and FB1 creates the quiet 3V3_CLK branch.
R4/R5 create V_SENSE; INA180A2 across RSH1 creates I_SENSE.

Switch nodes V8_SW and V5_SW are confined to the buck zones. Kelvin traces from RSH1 to U4 must not carry load current.
